•Active Recording support on TPO (recording of pure software solution)
Although BTTrade recording API is the same on turret and TPO, some recorders cannot deal with TPO multiple node within CTI information. As a result, recording will be operational but local turrets users CTI information will then be replaced by the DDI slot ID in such case.
•Record by slot: when DDI Slot bridging feature is enabled, the mixed voices of the different DDI slots are not recorded.
Here is an example to explain this limitation.
Initial context: - recording is enabled on TPO -slot 101 has a turret call A and a remote party call B A and B can hear each other Voice of A and B are recorded on the channel 0 -slot 102 has a turret call C and a remote party call D C and D can hear each other Voice of C and D are recorded on the channel 1
1. Bridge the slot 101 and 102 2. When A speaks, B, C and D can hear him. But the voice of A is only recorded on the channel 0 and not on the channel 1.
•Recording channel allocation
Same recording channel number can be used in different TPO places but will lead them to be mixed and recorded on the same channel.
Initial context : - 10 TPO places - Each TPO place has 30 slots - On each TPO place, one recording channel is assigned to one slot (1 to 30) - All TPO places are using the same recording channels for each slot (1 to 30)
With this configuration, slot 1 of each TPO place will be recorded on the same channel and thus will be mixed. (same behavior will happen with slot 2, slot 3... until slot 30) |
