Trouble Shooting

The SBC is normally set to send SIP option pings in the STX proxy set it defaults to 60secomds BTTrade recommends to reduce this to 300 seconds in production.

If the configuration is good SIP OPTIONS will be returned by the LSE and the interface will be green in the topology view.

SBC-TLSVerify

If the interface is not working the SBC log messages or the syslog viewer tool available on BTExtranet  can be used to look for more detailed information.

Both will report “Transport Error” if it believes that TLS is not established.
