Limitations

All slots of a SIP Private Wire place must be used

The configuration interface will not warn you about unassigned slots so you must make sure not to leave any slot without a line.

So if you have 4 lines, configure the place to only have 4 slots and link them each to a line.

Attempting to use use unused slots will lead to undefined behavior and could end up requiring you to restart the place.

The TPO Line attached to the SIP Private Wire place must be set to Register: No

Using a registered line for this kind of place is not expected and could put the place in an error state.

The user wouldn't be able to place calls using that line and incoming calls would either conflict with the slots or get dropped right away.

The place must be stopped to change lines configuration

SIP Private Wire Lines assigned to slots in started places cannot be modified.

Just like for slots on other place types, the TSS interface prevents modifications while the place is running.
