Turret, Setup MRD

TPO must be configured on the Turret.

The MRD Line is represented by a shortcut on the turret side.

•To use the MRD line,  the IT & voice administrators must create an Open Line type of shortcut:

Example: Based on the TPO MrdPermanent place created in the previous chapter TPO, Setup MrdPermanent places

•Enable “RingDown on shortcut” if Manual Ring Down feature is required.

Limitations

Open Line" type shortcut usage is strictly forbidden when user hasn't any PBX line. Using only DDI lines setup requires to use DDI Lines & Private Wires Merge capability.
