When rookie trader listen to speaker channels, the supervisor can hear all distant parties as well

Whenever the rookie trader starts talking on private wire(s) using the microphone, the supervisor can hear the voice of the trader mixed with the voice of all distant parties.

Once the rookie trader takes a private wire on the handset, the supervisor can hear the conversation between the trader and the distant party, but still receives the voice of all other distant parties who are on the speaker channels.
