When rookie trader listen to speaker channels, no voice is fordwarded to the supervisor.

Whenever the rookie trader starts talking on private wire(s) using the microphone, the supervisor can hear the voice of the trader and the voice of distant parties associated to the selected speaker channels only.

Once the rookie trader takes a private wire on the handset, the supervisor can hear the conversation between the trader and the distant party.
