Adding a Personal Phone List for a user

A Personal Phone List is accessible to and editable by the trader who owns the list.

1.In the TSS console navigate to the user to add the Phone List to

2.In the Shortcuts tab

a.Create a Shortcut Page and set the Display Option to Alphabetical.

b.Add Contacts to the Shortcut Page for each item in the list

3.When the user logs on the new Phone List will be accessible by pressing the DIR key.

Adding a Shared Phone List for a group of users

A Shared Phone List is accessible to a group of users, but none of them can edit the Phone List.

1.In the TSS console navigate to the Shared Profile to add the Phone List to

2.In the Shortcuts tab

a.Create a Shortcut Page and set the Display Option to Alphabetical.

b.Add Contacts to the Shortcut Page for each item in the list. The contacts can be either of 'mobile', 'home' or 'work'. These values are to be configured in 'Alternate Labels' under 'System'

3.When the users log on the new Phone List will be accessible by pressing the DIR key.

Enabling the Corporate Directory

Netrix can query an LDAP Directory via the TSS.

1.In the TSS console configure the Corporate Directory

2.When the user logs on the Corporate Phone List will be accessible by pressing the DIR key >  Corp Dir key. If the configuration is incorrect or missing the message "LDAP not configured" will be displayed in the status bar.
