Configure CRM for Netrix

Prerequisites

•A Gecko installation

• Collaboration Server with the IPT Plugin

Turret Boot Settings

The following turret boot settings are supported;

•application.crm.serviceURI

•application.crm.alternateServiceURI

•application.crm.keepalive.timeout

•application.crm.receivetimeout

The following turret boot settings are NOT supported;

•application.crm.ignoreErrorCertCN (https not supported)

User Settings

In addition to the boot settings, CRM must be enabled on a per-user basis;

• profile.setting.authorizecrm

• profile.setting.crm.announceallcalls

If profile.setting.authorizecrm is true and profile.setting.crm.announceallcalls is false the turret will only send presence messages to Gecko.

The following user settings are NOT supported;

• profile.setting.crm.allowuserpasswordusage, profile.setting.crm.userid, profile.setting.crm.userpassword  (authentication not implemented)

• profile.setting.crm.popup, profile.setting.crm.applet.source, profile.setting.crm.default.source  (no crm applet on Netrix)

• profile.setting.crm.basiccall.removeprefixes
