Limitations

1.There is no concept of the owner of the conference. Any turret user who is a conference participant can remove any other party including the conference initiator.

2.If someone merges the conference onto a DDI line which is not available at your turret you will be ejected from the conference. In the example below, user A is ejected from the conference when user B merges the conference onto slot 2.

Merging can give rise to the following situation:

User A has access to slot 1

User B has access to slots 1 & 2

User B makes a call on slot 1 (on one handset) and User C receives it

User A joins the call on slot 1 (barged in to establish the conference)

User B makes a call on slot 2 (on the other handset) and User C receives it on the other handset

User B merges the call on slot 1 to slot 2

User A does not have access to slot 2 causing it to exit from the conference.
