The following configuration keys are available to change the behavior of floating keys.

Key: profile.setting.floating.ddi.incoming Description: Specify whether in-bound calls received through shared DDI lines should be alerted in the float area. This applies only for shared DDI lines which are registered in the trader's profile and which have subscribed to receive the notifications from the TPO. Key: profile.setting.floating.ddi.established.type Description: Define the alerting policy in the float area for established calls on shared DDI lines. The value should match one of the options below None – Established calls are never alerted in float area ; Local – Established calls which are active on the trader's turret i.e. the call is on the handset or on a speaker channel; Distant – Established calls on other trader's turret; this applies only for shared DDI lines which are registered in the trader's profile and which have subscribed to receive the notifications from the TPO; All – Combines local and distant options ; Talkersonly – Established calls for which at least one trader is talking to the remote end i.e. the call is on the handset or on a speaker channel with the microphone opened. Note that whether the local trader is counted or not as a talker is defined by the option Display local user as talker (profile.setting.talkers.include.user). Key: profile.setting.floating.showmatch Description: Specify whether shortcut/contact keys whose extension - or one alternate number - matches the remote party extension should be displayed in the floating area or not. This option applies for calls placed or received on the primary, secondary and shared DDI lines. When enabled, matching shortcut/contact keys will float irrespectively of whether they are already visible or not. By default all calls are shown in the message notification, if this key is set to true, the message will be only displayed when the call appear in a floating key.
