Multi-call appearance

Shared DDI lines can manage multiple call appearances on the same line.  When a call is received or placed through the line, the system assigns one free DDI slot to the call and keeps that association for the duration of the call.  Call information are displayed on the slot and, depending of the state of the call, various actions can be initiated by traders simply by pressing the key.
