The table lists the attributes which are available to IT & voice administrators when binding a shared DDI line to a user profile.

Subscribe to Notifications

Instruct the system to subscribe or not to the TPO notifications for the line immediately after the user has logged on the turret.  Once the subscription is accepted, the shared DDI line becomes active and can be used to place and to receive calls.  Users can change the subscription state on-demand from the line detail in the Room panel.

A common practice is to set this option to Yes for lines which are used by the trader on day-by-day basis.  Lines which are covered periodically by the trader should not have the subscription activated by default.

Priority

Indicate to the system that a special visual/audio alerts must be provided when an external party is calling that line.

·None – Use default in-bound call alerting policy ;

·Emergency –  Use red color to alert in-bound calls on the handset, on DDI slot and on matching shortcut/contact key(s),

·Red line –  Use red color to alert in-bound calls on the handset, DDI slot and matching shortcut/contact key(s); the call status applet automatically pops up; all call appearances are hidden in the call status and only calls received on the red line are shown;
