Grouped DDI Lines

This feature is only available for users on turrets. It isn't on IPTConnect and FlexGo.

Grouped DDI Lines could be created by adding DDI Lines in a shared profile with "Grouped Lines" property enabled :

Users who want to use these lines must inherit from the Grouped shared profile.

It's also possible to make theses lines Critical (Grouped or not) and notice the user in logout (or unsubcribe) time, he's the last one connected on them.

In Turret application, the grouped lines will be visible in Room panel on DDI group :

Grouped DDI Lines edition is a simplified DDI Line edition : all lines will have the same properties (e.g. : all lines are unsubscribe in the same time).

Line status is visible on the TSS Console in "Telephony > Lines" and display all lines including Grouped DDI Lines (with a details view of each user status) :

The global line status is green if at least one turret's user has subscribe to it. Users who subscribe to DDI line from IPTConnect or FlexGo are not taken in subscribers' list.
