Global limitations about all ringtones

•Ringtones can be deleted only if they are not linked to a ringtone set.

•The export of shortcuts and shortcut pages doesn’t include the associated ringtones.

Ringtones configured to be repeated multiple times

Limited to XMA2

Only the Turrets, FlexPro or FlexCom with XMA2 can play a ringtone a specific number of times. Devices with XMA1 or without XMA play only one time any x-repeated ringtone.

Ringtones repeated x times are never replayed/restarted if there are interrupted

If a ringtone configured to be repeated x times is interrupted by another ringtone also configured to be repeated n times, the first one is never replayed or restarted after the second one has finished or has been interrupted (the user picks up the call for example). Only ringtones played in a loop can be resumed (from the beginning) if interrupted by a x-repeated ringtone.
