Usage

IP Trade devices have two modes of recording:

Separated

In Separated mode, the device sends to the Recorder Server a copy of the streams for each call.

More precisely, it sends one copy for the input stream of the call and another copy for the output stream of the call.

Mixed

In Mixed mode, the device sends to the Recorder Server one or several streams, each containing mixed calls. The contents of each mixed streams depend on the device configuration.

In the recorder interface, if mixed mode is used, two kinds of reference are be shown:

1.If only one line is recorded on a channel, the line reference (extension, etc.) is shown.

2.If more than one line are recorded on a channel, no individual line is shown. Instead, only the channel number (1,2...) is displayed.
