Configuration of the IPTrade CTI Server |
|
| Voice Recording > Recorders Configuration > Redbox > Configuration > Recorder |
The options for the IPTrade CTI server are configured using an INI file C:\LTR\Config\IPTrade.ini (this file will need to be created the first time the server is installed). The file should contain the following settings by default:
•RecorderAddress = 127.0.0.1 •RTPRAMAddress = 172.16.32.255 •ListenOn = 6000 •KeepAliveSeconds = 1.0
RecorderAddress: Specifies the address of the recorder the CTI server should connect to. Use 127.0.0.1 to connect to the local recorder. RTPRAMAddress: Specifies the address of the RTP RAM is used to record the audio data from turrets. When a turret starts a recording this address will be sent to the turret for it to send the audio to, therefore, this address cannot be 127.0.0.1 ListenOn: Specifies the port number the CTI server should listen on for connections from the turrets.Valid values are in the range of 0 to 65535. KeepAliveSeconds: The number of(fractional) seconds the CTI server should wait between sending a KeepAlive message to the turret. As best practice this value should net be less than 0.5 and setting the value too high could case the turret to think it has lost connection with the recorder and therefore be unable to establish a stable connection to the recorder.
