Presence status on shortcuts

Presence bullet on intercom shortcuts follows the same rules as presence on standard shortcuts.

CUCM presence status

On presence-enabled shortcuts or pages, the current presence status is notified with a dedicated colored bullet. This way, the end-user easily know if an internal phone extension (remote party) is available or not before trying to call him.

Visually, the notification on call key for the remote party is
not logged in	free	in call	Busy	Forward All	DND

An error while retrieving the presence status is notified with a red bullet :

CUP presence status

With a Cisco Unified Presence Server (CUP) configuration (reflecting the Oultook calendar status), the notifications follow these rules :

		Unregistered	Registered	On Call / Busy	Forward All	DND
Calendar Status	None
	Out of Office
	Busy
	Tentative
	Working Elsewhere
	Free
