FlexCom

The FlexCom is a Soft Turret application, like the FlexPro, that is specialized in intercom.

It comes in the form of a Windows desktop application with a graphical interface that is built to provide the most efficient work flow to deal with intercom.

Three types of intercom calls are available:

oThe IPTrade group intercom

▪Hosted on a TPO

▪Every user connects to the group intercom line that is configured on a TPO

▪Once connected, every connected user hears the user who is talking

▪Requires some FlexCom, a TPO and a TSS

oThe IPTrade direct intercom

▪Hosted on the FlexCom itself

▪The user has a shortcut to the target's primary line in his profile

▪When pressing that shortcut, audio link is established from the user to the target

▪The target user may press the microphone button to talk back

▪Requires some FlexCom and a TSS

oThe Cisco direct intercom

▪Hosted on the PBX

▪The user is linked to a PBX device that contains an intercom line

▪The user has a shortcut to the target's intercom line

▪When pressing that shortcut, audio link is established from the user to the target

▪The target user may press the microphone button to talk back

▪Requires some FlexCom and a TSS and a Cisco CUCM

The FlexCom  has the possibility to extend its call capability by using with a XMA2.

NB: Cisco Direct Intercom and IPTrade Direct Intercom can't be used simultaneously.
