Continuous variables update rate depends on update delay configuration. By default update delay is set to 10000 milliseconds. That means all requests reaching the turret during the 10 seconds which follows variable update get the same response to their request.

This default update delay can be changed for all continuous variables using the following setting:

Location: Terminal Boot Settings, TPO Boot Settings, SNMP
SNMP
SNMP object value validity

A minimum update delay of 1000 millisecond limits the configuration. That means system considers all variable having a configured updated delay less then 1 second as they were configured with an update delay of 1 second.

All continuous variable update delays can be individually configured using one of the following keys:

application.global.snmp.<object name>.updatedelay

application.global.snmp.<object OID>.updatedelay

Where:

<object name> is the name of SNMP object (not prefixed with the parent names)

<object OID> is the entire OID of SNMP object from SNMP tree root, including 1.3.6.1.4.1.30191.1
