Creating a scheduled recurrent job to export shortcut

This scenario illustrates how to setup a recurrent job policy for exporting shortcuts of a particular user.

The description above assumes the following system configuration:

·User “RD UI 02” exists.

·Directory “Shortcuts” in FTP folder must have Write permissions for IIS user (see TSS installation).

1.On System>Job Policies, press Add new.

2.Fill formular:

a.Fill Name,

b.Select Task Trigger shortcut export,

c.Select Yes to Task scheduled option,

d.Set appropriate period for the export (i.e.: periodical export every 27th day of each month at 2.00 am, starting in December, the current month at the time of the screenshot),

e.Select Target people that can be Everybody, a Shared Profile or a User profile (i.e.: select User "John Doe"),

f.Optionally, enter a Prefix Filename for file generation

3.Press Save and Go Back
