In the particular case of a broker, a lot of calls are made, but those calls tend to stay active for the whole day. This can take a toll on a TPO's CPU performances, especially in the case of DDI Sharing lines and Group Intercoms, since their load cannot be easily predicted. In most cases, the load distribution based on a static prediction is sufficient, but not in cases like brokers.

This feature is designed to dynamically rebalance the load on computing units, which improves CPU performances.
