Download MySQL

Introduction

This section describes the procedure to download MySQL 8.0.30 from the internet.

Download software

•Browse to https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/installer/

•Select the "Archives" tab

•In "Product Version:" select "8.0.30", then click "Download" (Make sure to download the full installer (larger non "web" version)

•Copy the installer file (.msi) to the server.
