Solution Installation > Netrix Installation > Provision a Turret

After migration from ITS or Session Manager;

•Netrix will use the factory default network settings, which means getting an IP address via DHCP and getting the address of the TSS FTP Server from DHCP Scope 171.

•The SIPNetrix network configuration is persisted, so if the turret is reverted to BT Session Manager it will use the old SM settings.

The Netrix network configuration can be changed via the turrets web diagnostics, which can be accessed via http://x.x.x.x where x.x.x.x is the IP address of the Netrix.


		If DHCP is not available and a static address is not configured Netrix will allocate a private IP address 169.254.x.x to allow you to connect to the turret via a laptop and re-configure the network settings.
