Target is busy

In addition to the conditions listed at the beginning of this section, it is assumed that

•The target phone with extension 1105 is already on call and is not allowed to take another call;

1.The attendant presses the dispatch key.

2.The dispatch key starts flashing and the busy indicator is displayed.

No indication is provided on the target’s phone

The transferee is put on hold.

3.The attendant can reclaim the call by pressing  again on the dispatch key.

As a result, the initial call is resumed and a speech path is established between the transferee and the attendant.

The dispatch key returns idle.
