Call Transfer monitoring

Dispatch keys provide attendants with a convenient mean to rapidly transfer a call to another party within the enterprise or via an external communication network.  This capability has been completed by giving attendants the ability to monitor whether the transferred call is acknowledged or not and eventually to reclaim it.
