Simplified Transfer

The Simplified Transfer feature allows transferring a call to a target remote party with an easier sequence of user interface operations. It allows using the last call put on-hold as the source of the transfer operation.

This is particularly useful when putting a call on-hold before deciding that it should be transferred to a specific target.
