Emergency extensions list
Key: profile.setting.emergencyextensions Description: Extensions in this list are always dialed from one of the device's lines so pbx and/or emergency service is able to determine where the person reporting an emergency situation is located. These extensions are displayed on the emergency panel which allows a non-user to call them. If this setting is set in the device's boot settings, the emergency panel is available from login screen. If this setting is set in the user's settings, the emergency panel is only available when turret is locked. NOTE: If the device doesn't have a working PBX line or the emergency audio device is not available, emergency call from login screen will fail. NOTE: The extensions listed in the setting "profile.setting.emergencyextensions" by-pass the dialplan. Constraint: Empty to disable the feature. A semicolon-separated list of emergency extensions. Each extension is defined as {Display Name}:{Extension with outgoing prefix}[:{Button text colour}:{Button background colour}]. e.g. Emergency 911:00911:white:red;Building security:10:black:yellow If {Button text colour}:{Button background colour} is omitted, the button on the emergency panel will use the theme defined by screen.ui.theme e.g. Emergency 911:00911;Building security:10 Related settings: Ignored prefixes for calls (profile.setting.shortcut.prefixes) Emergency extensions list (application.setting.emergencyextensions) Allow calls even if recorder connection is lost (profile.setting.allow.calls.onrecorder.error) Mute active calls when recorder connection is lost (profile.setting.mute.calls.onrecorder.error) Emergency audio device (profile.setting.emergencydevice)

Emergency audio device
Key: profile.setting.emergencydevice Description: If a list of emergency extensions is defined, this device is used when placing a call from the emergency panel. If this setting is defined in the user's setting, it will not be used when user is not logged in. Note: If the device is not available, emergency calls will fail. Constraint: An audio device's name (HS1, HS2, LD1, LD2, LD3 or HD). Related settings: Emergency extensions list (profile.setting.emergencyextensions)

To have the emergency extensions automatically recognized even with prefixes:

Dial Plan

Ignored prefixes for calls
Key: profile.setting.shortcut.prefixes Description: The value indicates a list of characters sequences to be removed from call numbers in the programmable key database and from any inbound/outbound/replaced calls call number before scanning the database. This is intended to be used when telephony infrastructure requires different presentations for inbound and out bound calls. It can be altered by IT administrators only.
