Initial situation

A DDI place (extension 1000) is properly configured and started on a TPO.

One user USER1 is configured on the TSS Console, and has the DDI line (matching the DDI place above) in his user profile. User1 is logged off.

Another user WATCHER1 is configured on the TSS Console, and has a Primary line in his profile. This user has a presence shortcut to the DDI extension (1000). WATCHER1 is logged off.

 

Scenario

1.WATCHER1 is logged–in

2.Presence shortcut shows DND state (red bullet)

 

 

 

One user registered on the DDI line

Initial situation

A DDI place (extension 1000) is properly configured and started on a TPO.

One user USER1 is configured on the TSS Console, and has the DDI line (matching the DDI place above) in his user profile. User1 is logged off.

Another user WATCHER1 is configured on the TSS Console, and has a Primary line in his profile. This user has a presence shortcut to the DDI extension (1000). WATCHER1 is logged off.

 

Scenario

1.WATCHER1 is logged–in

2.WATCHER1’s presence shortcut shows a DND state (red bullet)

3.User1 is logged-in

4.WATCHER1’s presence shortcut shows Available state

 

 

 

Call on the DDI line

Initial situation

A DDI place (extension 1000) is properly configured and started on a TPO.

One user USER1 is configured on the TSS Console, and has the DDI line (matching the DDI place above) in his user profile.  User1 is logged-on.

Another user WATCHER1 is configured on the TSS Console, and has a Primary line in his profile. This user has a presence shortcut to the DDI extension (1000). WATCHER1 is logged-on. WATCHER1’s presence shortcut shows Available state.

An IP Phone (8701) is registered

 

Scenario

1.User1 makes a call to the IP phone.

2.WATCHER1’s presence shortcut shows Ringing state.

3.IP phone answers the call.

4.WATCHER1’s presence shortcut shows On-Cal (orange bullet) state.

5.IP phone terminates the call.

6.WATCHER1’s presence shortcut shows Available state
