TPO configuration

1.Log-in to the TSS administation console

2.Go to Device Management and click on TPO Clusters

3.Select the TPO Clusters and go to Settings

4.Go to SIP panel and change the setting application.sip.device.usedndpbx to true

SIP

DND status on PBX	truefalse
Key: application.sip.device.usedndpbx Description: This option allows TPO to set the registered device status to DND when there is not connected subscribers on this device line. Note: The present feature is enabled only if, in the TPO place, the option 'Incoming Auto Forward Delay' is set to 'When no-one has subscribed' and 'Incoming Auto Forward Target' is empty.

CuCM configuration

The Unified CallManager service parameter, 'Blf Status Depicts DND' must be set to ‘True’ indicating that DND enable status overrides BLF busy/idle status.

1.Log-in to the Cisco CuCM web administration console.

2.Go to System, Service Parameters.

3.Select the CuCM server and the service Cisco CallManager.

4.Change the in Clusterwide Parameters(System - Presence) the parameter 'BLF Status Depicts DND' to True, then click on Save button.

5.Reboot the CuCM to take account the modification.
