Configuring the Call Handler Applet

Key: profile.setting.callhandler.time.limit

Description:
Defines the maximum age of entries to be displayed.
Calls older than the specified value at login are not taken into account in the call handler.
When a call handler entry's call expires while user is logged-in, counter is not updated.
When a call handler entry's latest call reaches the time limit, the entry is removed.

Typical values:

60 (1 hour)
1440 (1 day)
10080 (7 days)
...

Constraint:
between -1 and 4294967294

Call Handler threshold 2 time (profile.setting.callhandler.threshold.2.time)

Key: profile.setting.callhandler.mergingmode

Description:
Defines how redundant calls are merged in call handler applet

Constraint:
caller|caller+callee caller: redundant entries are merged based on the caller address only. caller+callee: redundant entries are merged based both on caller address and the incoming line.

Key: profile.setting.callhandler.gridbutton.minwidth

Description:
Grid buttons are stretched to fit their container's width. So this setting only sets the minimum width (before stretching) of the buttons.

Note that this setting is used only if profile.setting.gridbutton.minwidth is not defined.

Constraint:
Integer greater than 80 defining the size (in pixels) of the grids elements in the user interface.

Generic minimum width of grid buttons (profile.setting.generic.gridbutton.minwidth)

Key: profile.setting.callhandler.gridbutton.fontsize

Description:
The size defined here is the font size of the labels of these buttons when they are not zoomed in (default size).

Note that this setting is used only if profile.setting.gridbutton.fontsize is not defined.

Constraint:
integer value greater than 0, a percentage of the default font size.

Key: profile.setting.callhandler.threshold.1.time

Description:
Defines the number of seconds before triggering threshold 1 and changing the call entry's color.

Constraint:
Numerical value

Related settings:

Call Handler time limit (profile.setting.callhandler.time.limit)

Key: profile.setting.callhandler.threshold.1.color

Description:
Defines the color use to display call entries that have exceeded the time threshold 1 in the Call Handler applet.

Constraint:
An hexadecimal color, in the form: #FFFFFF Or the "default" value to use the turret's default color (theme-dependent)

Related settings:
Show handled entries in call handler (profile.setting.callhandler.showhandled)

Constraint:
Numerical value

Key: profile.setting.callhandler.threshold.2.color

Description:
Defines the color used to display call entries that have exceeded the time threshold 2 in the Call Handler applet.

Constraint:
An hexadecimal color, in the form: #FFFFFF Or the "default" value to use the turret's default color (theme-dependent)

Related settings:

Key: profile.setting.callhandler.useoriginalline

Description:
Forces the turret to use the original (e.i. callee) line when calling back from call handler's redial button.

This configuration allows the call handler to mark an entry as "treated" when merging mode is set to caller+callee.

This setting allows to prevent second limitation of call handler.

Constraint:
true|false

Related settings:

Key: profile.setting.callhandler.scrollable

Description:
Defines if the call handler applet must be scrollable.

- If false, the call handler applet is not scrollable and contains a limited number of entries.
- If true, the call handler applet is scrollable and contains as many entries as the number of callers or pairs of line and caller

Constraint:
true|false
