Refresh shortcuts automatically

Key: profile.setting.shortcut.autoreload

Description:
Defines if shortcut changes performed on the TSS are automatically accepted by the turrets, without any user interaction.

This can be used in conjunction with the shortcut changes hold feature on the TSS, but can also be used alone.

Constraint:
true|false true: any change (either direct or made using the hold changes feature) are automatically refreshed by the turret. false: any change triggers a status bar blinking and the ability for the user to accept the changes or wait.
