Related settings

The Intercom shortcut color, the Dispatch shortcut and the Idle DDI shortcut colors can be configured from the TSS Console interface in the Call notification tab of every User/Shared profile page.

Intercom shortcut color
Key: profile.setting.shortcut.intercom.color Description: - Color applied on background of intercom shortcut in idle state or when only the other party is talking. - Color applied on border of intercom shortcut when user is actively talking to the remote party. The color is not applied when user is in Color based identity matching mode Constraint: An hexadecimal color, in the form: #FFFFFF Or the "default" value to use the turret's default color Related settings: Dispatch shortcut color (profile.setting.shortcut.dispatch.color)

Dispatch shortcut color
Key: profile.setting.shortcut.dispatch.color Description: Color applied as background of dispatch shortcut for idle, error, trying and ringing states. The color is not applied when user is in Color based identity matching mode. Constraint: An hexadecimal color, in the form: #FFFFFF Or the "default" value to use the turret's default color. When using the DDI Lines Coverage, a color can be configured for idle DDI shortcuts whether there are associated with a Subscribed or Monitored line.
