In addition to the prerequisites listed in the section Single attendant, one call-waiting queue, requirements below are expected •The network infrastructure must allow IP multicast traffic between consoles which share the same call-waiting queue(s). •One multicast address must be reserved for the attendant console application – e.g. 229.0.0.1:6789. |
