Terminal automatically launches an LDAP search in order to resolve remote party phone number when:
•LDAP “On The fly” search feature is activated (see configuration section)
•An incoming call which has not remote party name reaches the turret
•The incoming call doesn’t match any existing call key on the terminal
“On The Fly” search stores all the resulting LDAP contacts in a shortcut group named “(OTF)” which is accessible in “All” panel.
“(OTF)” group is always located directly above “(all)” group at the end of the group list.
