Presence Activation

Activating presence is made through the corresponding shortcut group property, either from TSS console or from terminal user interface.

As terminal only subscribes to the very first phone number of the LDAP contact, the key point is to provide “Phone attributes” list in the most relevant order. Typically, internal phone number must always be the very first attribute in “Phone attributes” list.

Activating presence on external phone number such as mobile has no sense.
