Some intercom calls can be defined as priority. It means that when another user is speaking on that intercom, other intercom calls (and other calls according to configuration) on loudspeaker and on handfree are muted to be sure everybody hears priority intercom call.

Visually, priority intercom calls on intercom applets are identified by a red border.

Initial situation: user is connected to several intercom and he has some calls unmuted

PriorityIntercomCall-Inactive

When another user actively talks on priority intercom, by default, all intercom calls on loudspeaker and on handfree are muted but other calls stay unmuted

But configuration allow to mute all calls on loudspeaker and on handfree when priority intercom is active

PriorityIntercomCall-Active-MuteAllCalls

When no more user talks on priority intercom, calls come back to initial situation. It means that if a call was muted or ducked at initial situation, it will be muted during priority intercom call is active and it will come back muted or ducked when priority intercom is inactive.
