(APP-Intercom) Configure: Group Intercom

In a group intercom configuration. Two kind of users exist:

1.The trader which talk to the group intercom (named below "the talker")

2.The traders that listen to the talker and that belong to the TPO group (named below "the listener")

The talker must have a shortcut group intercom present in its shortcut

The listeners must belong to the correct TPO group.

A user can be configured to be talker and listener. The basic scenario here suppose a non-PBX-registered extension.

IPTrade components

(1)It is assumed that IPTrade TSS and TPO are installed and fully functional. See corresponding documentation for further details

Network infrastructure

(2) IP connectivity must be provided between all IPTrade systems;

(3)Proper network bandwidth and speed must be provisioned to enable voice traffic between IPTrade components;
