Usage

Group Intercom

The group intercom allow a user to speak to a group of user. The user presses on the intercom shortcut and the call is established.  Typically, this feature is used for the "morning call", when the head of trader needs to speak all of the traders. The group intercom feature can be implemented through TPO or through meet-me conference (CUCM)

Prerequisites

•The user is logged in

•A group intercom shortcut is available

•It is supposed that the configuration has been properly done (see Configure section)

Basic scenario

The user needs to talk to the intercom group. He presses the intercom shortcut and talk to the group by using the microphone
