Sound Files Management

This section provides management of the available sound files on the system. These files can be used for features such as auto-answer or announcement services.

Note: Sound files should be created in 16-bit, 8 kHz, mono PCM WAV (.wav) format.

The files listed under “Available Custom Sound Files” can be referenced in the Route (Dial Plan) using the file name without the extension.
