Extensions Information

This section gives internal extension objects information. An extension object can be used as a line or a DDI slot.

sysinfo_extensions

Here is the most valuable information.

regId	The internal ID of the extension.
linkedUid	Link between the extension and a TPO Line
pId	The associated place ID
Ext	The extension number. There are some specific extensions for internal usage only: - monitorsession: monitor session handling - mobiletrader: mobile trader handling - slotbridge: DDI slot bridging - replay: instant replay handling - lookup: lookup handling
dname	Display name
state	State of the extension. There are three different extension: - EXT_STATE_STARTED - EXT_STATE_STOPPED - EXT_STATE_ERROR
HookState	State of the slot when we have a permanent line with the "hookflash" property. There is four different state: - HOOK_STATE_IDLE (No call) - HOOK_STATE_OUTGOING (Outgoing call is made) - HOOK_STATE_INCOMING (Incoming call is received) - HOOK_STATE_CONNECT (Call is established)
RemoteHookState	State of the slot of the remote party when we have a permanent line with the "hookflash" property. There is four different state: - HOOK_STATE_IDLE (No call) - HOOK_STATE_OUTGOING (Outgoing call is made) - HOOK_STATE_INCOMING (Incoming call is received) - HOOK_STATE_CONNECT (Call is established)
IPaddr	IP address of ITS line for ITS extension.
IPport	SIP Port
SDPIPaddr	SDP IP address of the extension

isfirst	Indicate the first extension. This setting can be ignored.
noreg	Indicated if the extension is a "No register" extension.
isVN	Highlight the difference between an extension and a slot: - True : DDISlot - False: Extension
confH	Conference Id
tmode	Talkingmode: - IDLE - PUBLIC - PRIVATE - PRIVATE_CONF - PRIVATE_CONF_OWNER
isUsed	DDI slot usage
isParkAdd	Indicate if the TPO place is in "Parking" mode.
isParkSlot	Indicate if the extension is a Parking slot and can contain a call.
isReserved/isParkingUse	If one of these two setting is true, the call is parked.
subId	Deprecated
name	Device ID
LastTssErrCode	Last Error code sent to the TSS.
MSessionState	State of the monitor session.

LastTSSErrMsg	Last Error message sent to the TSS.
ContactId	Contact ID of the extension. Empty for DDI Slot.
LineIndex	Line Index of the extension.
fwdAll	Indicate the target to forward incoming call
dnd	Indicate if the Do no disturb property is active or not.
lineType	Type of the line: - FETCH_TYPE_NO - FETCH_TYPE_PRIMARY - FETCH_TYPE_SHARED - FETCH_TYPE_SECONDARY - FETCH_TYPE_ITS
fromTag	This property of the slot is related to the Shared Line Cisco.
PlaceName	The name of the associated place.
isPreparing	Indicate that the user pressed on a slot in order to do a call.
ptyType	Type of the slot. Four values different: - Permanent - On_Demand - Static IP - None (default value) See documentation for more information.
ptyMRD	For Permanent Slot, it indicate if the MRD can be used or not.
ptyARD	Behavior of the permanent slot. Five values possibles: - ALWAYS (default value) - FIRST_USER - NEVER - HOOK_SWITCH - TOS See documentation for more information.

ptyCNotif	Indicate if notifications are sent to turret users connected to a permanent slot.
ptyDNotif	Indicate when notifications are sent to turret users not connected to a permanent slot. There is 3 different values: - ALWAYS (default value) - NO_CALL - NEVER See documentation for more information.
ptyTargetInit	Initial target of the permanent slot.
ptyTarget	Current target of the permanent slot.
Target1	First target of the permanent slot.
Target2	Second target of the permanent slot in case of failover.
masterCallId	Call ID of the permanent call.
hookflash	Indicate if the user press on the slot to send a hookflash.
accessPoint	Indicate if the line is an access point or not.
staticIPlocal	Static IP of the slot when in Static Mode.
staticIPRemote	Static IP of the tartget when the slot is in Static Mode.
mAmp	Mastercall Volume amp of the slot in dB.

ipicsConnId	Connection ID of the radio communication
isBridged	Indicate if the slot is bridged
bridgeId	Bridge Link ID
anyIncoming	Indicate whether an incoming call remote party must match the slot target value or not.
isIpicsRadio	Indicate if it is a radio slot or not.
hotbackupline	Indicate if the line is registered after a back-up or not.
TalkingEnquirer	Indicate which TPO Slave change will be treated.
StateMasterPlace	The state of the line in the master place: - preparing - idle - ringing - incoming - outgoing - established - conference - held - holding - resuming - error - held_trans_conf - locked - unknow (default value)
KeepCallAlive	Indicate if the masterCall on a OnDemand slot must be kept alive after all the participants leave
sipDomain	SIP Domain of the extension

EndUserCred

Indicate if the line is an End User Credential line or not.

LineUnregistered

Real state of the End User credential line. Four different values:

- LINE_ERROR

- LINE_PENDING

- LINE_REGISTERED

- LINE_UNREGISTERED
