HandsetsControl state

Gives you a clear status of what button is available/active on handsets

In this sample, an established call is present on the handset, user can Transfer it (transfer button is enabled) but user cannot access anymore to pickup button.

Button reject, new and answer are not visible anymore as the call is established.
