collect-logs archive file structure

This describes the content of some of the files gathered.

The compressed archive file is generated using Linux tar and gzip to place the necessary files into a single archive file and then compress that file.

Some of the files collected in the archive file are listed here,

/var/log contains many log files but here are a few important ones....

./UTAApplication.log         messages generated by the Turret Application.

./UTAPlatform.log               messages generated by the Platform Utility during start up.

./codeDownload.log          messages generated by CodeDownloader at start up.

/tmp contains temporary work files that may provide useful information.

/opt/data/networkConfig/

./currentIPTNetworkConfig.json        contains the current network configuration file.

/opt/data/partition contains a couple of useful files,

./download.inf.prev            Previous partition code download information
