SIP Stack dump

This section gives statistics about sip stack usage. In case of problem, Error column may shows “Warning” or “Error” instead of “Ok”; that indicates an issue with SIP stack objects allocation.

TPO objects: Contains list of TPO defined in application.setting.tpo.groups.

•ProxyId identifies the TPO.

•Active is True if a user requires that TPO

•Connected is True if mobile trader is connected to it

•Proxy Address shows TPO address

•Failure count shows the number of connection retry failures. This value is reset to zero when connection succeeds.

Mobile trader register objects: show user registration state.

•Ref and Line identify the user as defined in SystemInformation.txt Effective lines table list

Mobile trader intercom Call objects: shows users intercom calls.

•Line Ref and Line identify the user.

•Call Ref identify the intercom call as listed in LTW3

•VAS index indicates the index of VAS handling the call

•Line Number is the intercom line number

•Device Id refers to devices as listed in LTW3

•Talk Mode gives microphone state:

On (SendRecv) / Off (RecvOnly)

Mobile trader Call objects: Provide more information about user registration status

•Ref and Line identify the user.

DDI Register objects: Provide information about DDI line registration

•Ref refers to DDI Slot RegId as listed in WCO_Shortcuts and  as defined in SystemInformation.txt Effective lines table list

DDI Call objects: Provide information about DDI calls

•DDI Line Ref and DDI Slot refers to DDI Slot as listed in WCO_Shortcuts

•MT Ref and MT Extension identify the user.

•Call Ref identify the intercom call as listed in LTW3

•Device refers to devices as listed in LTW3

•Talk Mode gives microphone state:

On (SendRecv) / Off (RecvOnly)

DDI Sub objects

•Line Ref refers to DDI Slot RegId as listed in WCO_Shortcuts

Died call objects & Died Sub objects contains information about freshly terminated calls / subs
