General limitations•The feature usage requires the presence of capacitive touch screen. Therefore, only TouchPro models and above are supported. FlexPro is supported as long as the user has a touch screen. •The geographical shortcut map does not support any form of management from the turret. Modification on shortcuts linked to a shortcut map, addition, deletion or positioning are unsupported actions. •Color based identity matching is not supported on geographical maps. •Autolaunch on a geographical shortcut map is not supported. •The maximum number of shortcuts supported inside a single map page is 200. •While the system does not explicitly prevent to position shortcuts on a map page so that they overlap, the result on the turret is not guaranteed. •A map page cannot be linked to an external source (like LDAP or contact sync). Call history entries cannot be created in a map page. •A map page cannot be linked to an applet. •A shortcut reload operation from the turret will not try to reload the background image from the FTP. Thus, if an administrator has re-sized the background image, some shortcuts may become invisible or unreachable from the turret interface. •Provisioning a map page is not allowed. •Once a page has been marked as map, it cannot be switched to another type, and vice-versa. •When viewed outside the preferred panel (in the (All) panel), map pages are displayed alphabetically. •Configuring multiple times the same geographical map as preferred group is not supported.
Limitations on shortcuts appearing in a geographical map•A geographical shortcut map can only contain shortcut of type: extension, intercom, contact and DDI Slot. •Shortcuts size and font size cannot be configured. •Call duration timers are not supported. •DND/FWD icons are not displayed. •Slot bridge and Trader reinjection are not available. •"P" icon will not be displayed in maintenance mode. •Contact shortcuts do not display extra information when zooming on.
Limitations related to the background image•The image format is restricted to the following ones: PNG. •The image size must not exceed 3000x3000px. •While any image ratio is supported, inaccurate zoom can occur when moving away from the following ratio, dependent of screen layout configuration: oFor model TouchPro with Wide Extended screen configuration, the optimal ratio is 187px wide for 100px in height. oFor model TouchPro with Wide screen configuration, the optimal ratio is 128px wide for 100px in height. oFor model TouchProM, the optimal ratio is 110px wide for 100px in height •While the system must allow importing and exporting shortcuts in a map page, the background image is not part of the imported or exported data. The page itself can be exported and imported, but the administrator must then re-upload the image. •When using two FTP sites, a manual upload of the image on the secondary TSS is necessary because redundancy does not transfer the map image.
