Keep alive option

If the Recorder Server uses keep-alive message to detect the lost of the network link, this option has to be also activated on the TPO, set the following setting to true:

Recorder	Recorder keep alive truefalse Key: application.global.recorder.keepalive Description: The keep alive mode should be activated both on the Recorder Server side and on the Turret side. If keep alive mode is activated, the Recorder Server sends periodically a keep alive message. The connection will be considered as lost if no keep alive message is received by the turret during a defined time.

Note:

The setting "Recorder keep alive timeout" is set by default to 1300 ms.

If TPO does not receive keep alive message from the Recorder Server after 1300 ms, it deletes the link to the Recorder Server.

1.Press on the Update button to valid the change on the TSS

2.Restart TPO to take into account the modification
