DDI Lines Sharing

Here are the steps to configure the recording on "DDI Lines Sharing" feature:

The used recorder channels must be configured on the Recorder Server in Mixed mode (see Voice Recording Platform topic).

1.Go to TSS management console, Device management and click on TPO Cluster

2.Select the TPO cluster and click to TPO places panel

3.Select the place to configure

4.Fill the "Recording Channel" field and press Update button

Example of Recording by DDI Slot

This TPO places has 30 DDI slots from 101 to 130.

TPO will record calls on the slot 101 to recorder channel 1, slot 102 to recorder channel 102 ...slot 130 to recorder channel 30.

Note: Recorder channel 1 to 30 must be configured on the Recorder Server
