Voice message persistence and redundancy

The recorded voice message is persistent, this means it will not be erased by a cluster reset.

However this may not hold true if the cluster reset or an outage occurs shortly after the message was validated.

This also affects redundancy; If the new message isn't sent to the new active TPO in time, it will not be used.

Generally speaking 1 minute should be more than enough for the message propagation to finish.

IVR and replay redundancy

If a hot backup occurs while a user is connected to the recording line or while users are connected to the replay line, their call is restarted to the beginning of their respective process;

A user on a recording line is sent back to the first IVR menu and a user on the replay line hears the voice message from the beginning when the call is re-established.

Concurrent access to the place

If a user connected to the recording line validates a new voice message, every user connected to the replay line gets disconnected.

Only one user may be connected to the recording line at a time, additional users trying to call it will be met with a busy tone.
