•Turrets A, B and C with Users A, B and C; Users are configured with the shortcut NY to TPO RingDown extension
•TPO is configured with a RingDown place; Automatic RingDown line (Far end user) is "New York Trading"
Outgoing to ARD line
1.User A calls New York Trading by clicking on the shortcut NY; TPO receives the request from User A and calls the "New York Trading" extension
2.Once "New York Trading" accepts the call, TPO accepts the call from the turret.
3.The voice path is established between User and "New York Trading" through TPO
4.User B and C are able to joins the previous established call by clicking on the shortcut NY
Incoming from ARD line
1.ARD line calls the TPO; TPO notifies User A, User B and User C
2.Once a User accepts the call, TPO accepts the call from the ARD line
3.The voice path is established between User and "New York Trading" through TPO
4.User B and C are able to joins the previous established call by clicking on the shortcut NY
