Usage

Announcement Messages are not used directly by the users, in fact the entire feature is quite transparent to them.

When a remote party calls the place, they hear the Announcement Messages until a user answers, at which point the messages stop and the call is opened.

From the user's point of view, the slot starts ringing like usual and goes to the opened state when someone answers.
