Configure

Following are the configurations that might be required for transfer via dispatch key and to restrict the transfer using whitelist feature.

Call Dispatch Key

Call dispatch keys are shortcuts which allow user to dispatch the call currently handled by the selected handset. When user presses the Call Dispatch Key the active call is dispatched to the extension of the pressed shortcut. The dispatch keys can be configured via TSS by admin.

To configure a call dispatch key you must select type as "Dispatch" for the shortcut and enter the extension under "Shortcut key", refer image below of shortcut page in TSS.

Whitelist

The whitelist features in Netrix is limited to the below list of features.

•Enabling Forward Whitelist

•Differentiate Transfering actions from Forwarding actions

•Forward Wildcard
